Re: [eia] French reinforcements


Wouldn't the Piedmont corps that reinforced also have failed to do so ?
Both rolls were 2's.  This would have the effect of reducing the PP
gain/loss for the battle to +2 for Austria and -4 for France.  Is this
correct ?
