    This raises a question.  Suppose Danny built a depot inside the besieged
city of Naples at the beginning of the turn.  Can that depot be used to
supply troops venturing out into the surrounding area, or can it only be
used for the garrison?

I think it could feed the corps in the city as I don't believe they have to make the decision to attack until the land combat phase and they've already been fed by then.
