    Once again, France selects peace conditions B.5 (royal marriage) and B.6
(embargo against trade with America).  France gains 5 PP and Spain loses 5
PP.
    It looks like Russia and Austria will be making peace as well.  The
details will be forthcoming, I presume.  However, Prussia does not seem to
have offered terms that Russia will accept.
    I must be too tired, but I cannot figure out for the life of me which
countries (if any) have successfully combined movement.  I'll let more
rested minds tackle that problem.
