[eia] Lemberg summary

Just to make sure we agree with JJ's documentation of the game, which I 
really hope he is keeping in electronic format so we can all see a copy of 
it when this is all done, I'll send out a summary email

Round 1
Austria: 7 factors, -0.8 morale
Russia: 0 factors, -0.3 morale

Round 2
Austria: 2 factors, -1.1 morale
Prussia: 5 factors
Russia: 5 factors, -1.3 morale

Round 3
Austria/Prussia: 0 factors, -0.2 morale
Russia: 0 factors, -0.4 morale

Neither side breaks and Russia withdraws overnight.

I'm assuming all losses were taken as infantry factors so the totals will be:
Austria: 9 infantry
Prussia: 5 infantry
Russia: 5 infantry

No political points change hand and historians will have to decide if this 
indecisive battle meant anything on the broader scale.  Which means JJ gets 
first dibs on opinions as he is our historian. :)
