Danny, you've probably answered this question already, but:

I have on my records 3 ships starting construction in March, 1806, and 2
more in June, 1806.  When was the sixth ship started (it had to be earlier
than the others) ?  I guess it must have been December of 1806, since that
was the first economic phase where Sicily was a free state.

Can you confirm this, Danny ?  I'm pretty sure I've asked you this same
question before and I'm sorry.  I just want to get the permanent record
doctored up.
