    Place Ney with Davout's army at La Rochelle.  Pick up Eugene.
    One infantry corps at St. Malo is decommissioned.
    One Dutch infantry factor appears at Breda.
    Two Piedmont infantry factors are added to the Piedmont II infantry corps (total is 5).
    Two Baden infantry factors are added to the garrison at Freiburg (total is 6).
    Two Wurttemburg infantry factors are added to the garrison at Stuttgart (total is 7).
    Two Hessian infantry factors are added to the garrison at Kassel (total is 4).
    Four Bavarian infantry factors are added to the garrison at Munich (total is 19).
