Re: [eia] Retreating the Denmark corps


    I honestly don't see how this is a "house" interpretation.  The rules
state quite clearly that corps are retreated toward their "nearest depot".
A depot is a depot.  The general principle behind this rule is that troops
will fall back on their supply lines, retreating towards their nearest
source of supply.  If invasion supply is closest, why would troops move away
from it?  That doesn't make any sense to me.  (BTW, I can imagine lots of
situations in which you'd *want* to fall back toward your invasion supply
depot.)
    I'm curious, though.  If you had been originally thinking that the
invasion supply depot doesn't count, then why did you think the Denmark
corps would first retreat to the St. Malo area?  Wouldn't it have retreated
immediately to the Lorient space?  (It doesn't really matter.  I'm just
wondering.)
