    My low-rolling ways continue, and both garrisons survive.  So *now*
there will be a field combat at Brest, a field combat at La Rochelle, and
the British must decide whether there will be a siege or a field combat at
Cherbourg.  (GB must also declare whether any of the corps at La Rochelle
will retire into the city.)
