[eia] Battle of Vilna - reminders

    Mike must announce whether any of the corps in the Russian stack retire
into the city.  Then an escrow needs to be set up for chit choice.  Don't
forget that since Russia has a guard corps present, the battle will have to
be rolled 1 round at a time in order to give Mike the opportunity to decide
whether or not to commit the guard.
