    As far as I can tell, Kushanz Ali has a 50% chance of escaping with his
life.  His strategic rating is '2' and he gets a plus one because he's
commanding a force composed of all cavalry.  So if Joel rolls 4-6, Ali is
doomed.  If Joel rolls 1-3, he gets away.
