Here are our next steps, in order:

1.)  Russia's reinforcement phase
2.)  Austria's naval phase
3.)  France's naval phase
4.)  Great Britain's naval phase
5.)  France's place in the land order
6.)  Russia's land phase
7.)  Finish Turkey's land phase
8.)  Austria's land phase
9.)  Prussia's land phase
10.)  Great Britain's land phase
11.)  Spain's land phase

With France's land phase inserted in there somewhere.  

Danny, please note that Spain should not give its land orders until we know whether France will be going before Spain.

The land phases will probably be ponderous, but I hope that we can get through the rest of the reinforcement and naval phases quickly, and get down to the nitty-gritty.
