Ney and Massena are removed from the map.
4 Bavarian inf. are added to the Munich garrison.  (Total is 15.)
2 Piedmont inf. are added to the II Piedmont corps.  (Total is 4 inf/ 0 cav.)
2 Wurttemburg inf. are added to the garrison at Stuttgart.  (Total is 5.)
2 Baden inf. are added to the garrison at Freiburg.  (Total is 4.)
1 Dutch inf. is added to the Holland corps.  (Total is 10 inf./ 2 cav.)
A 2 (Hessian) inf. garrison is placed at Kassel.
No other visible changes.

    NAVAL:  All fleets remain in port.
