NE of Riga ($2)
The cossack at Nemirov moves 5 spaces north to end 2 spaces SE of Vitebsk 
and north of the easternmost swamp space
The cossack at Odessa moves 5 spaces to end one space north of Kiev
The other three corps sit and forage
