The depot at Cairo can only be used to feed 4 of the corps attacking
Damietta (12.3.1).  One of the attacking corps must forage at 3- for an I
corps or 5- for a C corps (4 - 2 or more corps in area, + unused movement
after 2 points to reach Damietta).
