    Well, apparently Mike is away from his computer (or is having computer problems).  But it just occurred to me that Russia is in a period of enforced peace with everyone except France.  Assuming that Russia does not want to declare war on France this month, we should be able to publish the results of the first political phase escrow and move on to the second one.
