[eia] Third Battle of the Algerian Woods, January 1807 wrap-up

1. Spain: 10% * 9 = 1 casualty, -2.8 morale
   Turkey: 5% * 8 = 1 casualty, -0.5 morale

2. Spain: 5% * 8 = 1 casualty, -1.3 morale. Spain breaks.
   Turkey: No effect.

Pursuit: 0.5 morale loss, 2 rounds gives class 5, -1 for forest.
Roll is 6, +1 for cavalry leader. 7 on class 4 is 75% * 4 = 3 cav
equivalents. The whole corps prior to battle was only 2 2/3 cavalry
equivalents, so the Spaniards are cut down to a man in the retreat,
and Blake is captured.

That's +1PP Turkey, -1PP Spain.

Tunisians are now at 4I, 4C, and quite pleased with themselves.
