[eia] please download new gamebox

    Hello all.  I fixed the problem with the number of depots.  Since I couldn't have that be the only change I made, as a bonus, I created some new militia markers.  Now, every country that can produce militia also has 6 mil, 7 mil, 8 mil, and 9 mil markers.  (There wasn't enough room for double-digit numbers.)
    So, I've uploaded the new corrected gamebox.  It is still called "ourgame2.gbx".  You will not be able to view the new maps I send out without this new gamebox, so please download it as soon as possible.  (It is only a 1.55 MB download.)  If you have any trouble, please let me know.
    To give you an incentive to download, I've attached an up-to-date version of the map.  Once you get the new gamebox, please check this map over *very* carefully.  I had to rebuild the map from the ground up, so there are bound to be mistakes and omissions.  Please inform me of them when you find them.
