As per rule 12.3.2, Portugal has now spent 24
continuous land phases as a British-controlled minor country, and thus the
morale of infantry and cavalry for its corps is now "4".
Also, the following leaders are now available to
their respective countries:
Moore for Great Britain (3/4/2 A).
De La Questa for Spain (1/2/3 A).
God Save the King !
