    Oops.  I was wrong about all the rolls being correct.  The corps at
Berlin holds and forages automatically.  But then the next corps to move in
would not forage automatically.  It would need to roll 5 or less.  (3 is the
base value - 1 corps already there + 2 extra movement + 1 home territory =
5.)
    So either you have to roll at 5- for one of the corps moving into Berlin
(if so, please tell us which one), or you have to spend another $0.5 (which
would round up, making a total expenditure of $3 instead of $2).

Let us know what you want to do, Jim.  (Please also verify whether the corps
in Konigsberg is holding.)
