Looks OK to me, although I rarely check the victory point totals- in the journal, I record how many points each power has still to go, rather than how many they've accumulated.

 

If you're interested, here are those numbers, after 9/06:

Austria needs 302.

France needs 380.

Great Britain needs 351.

Prussia needs 267.

Russia needs 319.

Spain needs 279.

Turkey needs 255.
