Re: [eia] small rules question


7.4.2.2 , the rule concerning allies paying for each others supply, does not
address this issue.  My first impulse is to say that unless the allies are
using combined movement the payout for supply occurs twice and  is therefore
subject to rounding up twice.  However, 7.4.2.1 states that "The costs for
*all* corps and separate garrisons are summed and any fraction rounded up,
...".  I, like JJ, could go either way on this issue but am inclined to go
with my first impulse mentioned above.
