[eia] congratulations on fast pace

    Hi guys.  I just wanted to congratulate everyone on how quickly we've
been able to move through the last 6 months of game time.  According to my
records, we started October on April 28.  That means we have completed 6
months of game time in 1 month of real time!  That's less than a turn per
week!  That's an excellent pace.  So we all deserve a mutual round of
applause.  :-)
    So let's get those April political and reinforcement orders in so that
we can keep up this excellent pace (at least until the next war breaks out)!
