    For future reference, the rule in question specifies that this conversion takes place during the Money and Manpower Expenditure step of the Economic Phase.  So in the future, you won't have to announce it (and the militia won't disappear from the map) until the Economic Phase.

Per 12.1.1 remove following militia garrisons for infantry training: 4 factors in Berlin, 2 in Breslau, and 2 in Stettin.  This actually happens in the Expentiture step of the economic phase, but is listed under reinforcement options so I will include it here.
