[eia] gamebox

Hi Everett. The instructions for downloading everything you need for
the game can be found at

http://home.att.net/~menexenus/

If you have any trouble, please let me know.

P.S. Gamebox Update: There's one more project I'd like to accomplish before
making the new gamebox available. For some reason, the regular infantry
garrisons for all of the countries go from 1 to 30, but the militia garrison
chits only go from 1m to 5m. Although there is limited space on those small
chits, I'd at least like to make chits that go up to 9m. (We'll see if
"10m" will fit.) It just might take a while before I have the time
necessary to do it.
