[eia] Russian Land Phase

The three corps in Russia hold (f/a)
The Algerian corps moves one space south into the mountains.  If the 
Spanish plan on attacking them there, I'll roll the forage roll, otherwise 
they'll vanish at the end of the turn and I'm not going to bother.  The 
forage would be on a 3- in case it matters.

The cossacks all hold.
