I think all that's left for November 1805 is to resolve the battle or siege 
at Rome, and do the conquest step.

Turkey conquers Tripolitania. +1 PP Turkey, -1 PP France.

If Rome isn't besieged when events are finished there, France will conquer 
the Papacy. No other territory should change hands.

I'll start the escrows for December now.
