Well, we had large scale warfare from the beginning of the game.  This is 
the first turn where there has not been major battles occurring between 
major power forces.  We'll have the siege at Naples this turn, but 
otherwise just small battles in North Africa.  Once Algeria and 
Tripolitania are settled out, the only battles we'll see for about a year 
are between Britain and France if Britain tries invading someplace.

This is probably the pace we'll see for most of 1806
