Davout and Bernadotte are removed from the board.
1 mil. factor appears at each of Bayonne, Lorient, Brest, and Cherbourg.
The Wurttemburg corps appears at Stuttgart and absorbs the city garrison.
A Piedmont corps appears at Turin and absorbs the city garrison.

That is all.

(BTW, I have officially run out of 1 mil. tokens for France.  On my current
map, some of my city garrisons appear as 1 inf. tokens.  This will have to
do until we send out the new gamebox.  We should make this transition soon.
If there are any last minute suggestions for changes to the gamebox, please
send them within the next week or so.)
