[eia] 2nd Battle of St. P, recap so far

After round one, the total losses for the Coalition were -1 I and -0.3
morale (a roll of 1 on 3-2);  the Russian losses are -6 I and -1.4 morale (a
roll of 4+1 = 5 on 2-2).

Barring guard committal, round 2 rolls will be on 2-2 for the Coalition at
+1, and 3-3 for Russia.
