The British II fleet blockading La Rochelle begins its move into sea area 26.  Does the French II fleet wish to attempt interception ?
 
Kyle, if it's before 11:00 when you reply to this, call me.  If we're both online at the same time, we could zip through the British naval phase (and maybe the French, too) very quickly.
