Thanks for pointing out the relevant rules language. You're probably right... If I were a lawyer, though, I'd point out that the rules break supply down into 3 categories. 7.4.2 deals with "Regular (Depot) Supply". 7.4.3 deals with "Sea Supply". And 7.4.4 deals with "Invasion Supply". Since 7.4.2.2 (the language you cited) refers to "Allied Depot Supply", one could make the argument that 7.4.2.2 does not apply to invasion supply. However, I'm not personally willing to make that argument. (I think it's kind of shaky; I could see it going either way.) I'll leave it to Mike if he feels strongly enough about it to make the case.
