[eia] Delay

Sorry for the delay on my turn orders. My immediate supervisor and one of 
the other full time staff members in the lab both had recent deaths in the 
family and things are a bit frantic logistically.  I only have one piece of 
the orders left to figure out so I should get them out in the next day or two.
