Ok, the British attempt to intercept the French/Russian stack in area 44 failed.  Would the Spanish/Turkish stack like to make an attempt?  If so, make your roll at 1-.

Since Britain comes before Spain/Turkey in this turn's sequence, I get the opportunity to attempt interception first, then if that fails, the Turkish I and Spanish II fleets get one attempt to intercept together.

    The French III fleet and Russian III fleet move from their current location (sea zone 43) southwest to sea zone 44.  After we hear about interception attempts, we will continue our movement.
