[eia] questions re:Prussian reinforcement

There's one small problem;  since Warsaw is now no longer part of Prussia (it's now a Polish city), and since there's no supply chain at present from a Prussian city to Warsaw, the only way to leave a garrison there at this time is to take the factors from the corps there.

 

Also, I assume these garrisons are all militia factors ?
