    My (admittedly tentative) understanding of the naval rules leads me to
believe that invasion supply depots are placed on individual fleets.  If
that is the case, and with no provision for "handoffs", I would assume that
if the fleet with the depot moves (i.e., the original fleet), then the depot
is lost.  But like I said, that's just my impression.
