Here is where everyone stands (coorectme if I'm wrong):

 

Austria gets 6 victory points (336 to go), and is adjusted by +1 to the highest "6" box.

 

France gets 10 victory points (421 to go), and is adjusted by -2 to the lowest "9" box.

 

Great Britain gets 10 victory points (387 to go), and is adjusted by -2 to the lowest "9" box.

 

Prussia gets 9 victory points (310 to go), and is adjusted by -2 to the middle "8" box.

 

Russia gets 7 victory points (354 to go), and is adjusted by -1 to the middle "7" box.

 

Spain gets 8 victory points (316 to go), and is adjusted by -1 to the middle "8" box.

 

Turkey gets 7 victory points (304 to go), is adjusted by +1 by economic manipulation to the lowest "8" box, then is adjusted by -1 to the highest "7" box.

 

Does Turkey (or anyone else) wish to set their economic manipulation for the next economic phase as anything other than standard ?
