However, at the time the roll request was made the movement and supply
orders were believed to be finished (and valid).  Maybe I'm just paranoid
Mike, but it sounds as though you're suggesting a reroll (which I oppose for
the stated reason).  My moving my depot would have had zero effect on how
the dice fell.   Would the garrisons rather fight or surrender?
