1) move the depot
from west of Brest-Litovsk to Konigsburg
2) place the French inf in Warsaw
3) place 1 Prussian inf and Brunswick in
Warsaw
4) this will still result in a seige at Vilna and
Brest-Litovsk and will cost Prusssia an extra dollar (total cost
$10)
