	I show the British fleet off Naples as the 7th fleet and the 3rd fleet to 
be blockading St. Malo.  But, that administrative issue aside, the Russian 
fleet continues to Genoa where it exercises the option to not be 
intercepted while entering a port.  It then adds the French 3rd fleet and 
the corps in Genoa, with Soult, to the stack and sorties out of the port.
	The British fleet blockading Genoa has the option to intercept 
automatically and have the wind gauge in the battle.  Does it wish to 
intercept the departing fleet?
