Yes, you also forgot to remove one of the Russian fleet markers blockaded at
Riga.

BTW, how strange, isn't it, that you are allowed to transfer ships between
blockaded fleets, but not to transfer factors between besieged corps ?  Not
complaining, just seems odd to me...
