[eia] Battle of Constantinople

I show the battle going as follows.

Round 1:
	The Turkish forces lose 2 factors and 0.4 morale
	The Russian forces lose 2 factors and 1.1 morale

Round 2:
	The Turkish forces lose 6 factors (One must be Cav) and 3.7 morale.  Turks 
Break
	The Russians lose 1 factor and 0.5 morale

Total force losses
Turkish: 8 factors, one must be cav
Russians: 3 infantry

The only available retreat point is one space to the SW

I'll send out a pursuit roll
