[eia] Treaty Conditions (Choosing Peace Terms) 

O.K.,  Now I'm ready  :-).

Austria will choose B.3. (1/3 loser's tax value in the next two Economic phases).


And to speed things up,  Austria will choose B.2.  as their second
choice, as long as none of the other allies chooses it first.
