    Everyone but Austria has responded and declined control of Sweden.  You
(Danny) will only need to make a roll if Austria declares that it is also
interested in Sweden.  If Everett says he's not interested, then no roll is
necessary.  (Of course, you could just roll for the heck of it, to get you
used to rolling dice...)
