[eia] breach at Freiburg

    So the Bavarian corps loses one factor and there is a breach at
Freiburg.  I have the Holland corps with 4 Dutch inf. and 1 Dutch cav.
Since the Freiburg corps has only one factor remaining it will definitely be
wiped out in the first round.  Does it choose to surrender?  (And if so,
does that mean that I would get to use the prisoner as a reinforcement
if/when I take control?)
