A two on the pursuit roll results in a 10% hit or one factor.  As the 
Turkish forces are purely infantry, that becomes three factors.

Total casualties for the battle are one Russian infantry factor and 5 
Turkish feudal infantry factors.

Should cause a political point to change hands as well.

Next Turkey has to decide if the corps at Ruschuk will withdraw into the 
city or fight a field combat.
