If the political track is updated, then Russia's position looks to be one
shy of where it should be. Russia should be at +1 for defeating Turkey at
Silistra, siege battle versus a corps in a fortified city. And then up
another point for an alliance with Prussia. It looks on the track like
Russia is only one point above its starting value.
