[eia] Revised Land Phase #2

I just learned that I can't depot supply a corps that force
marches so here are my amended orders:

DEPOTS: Keep the depot at Magdeburg and destroy the depot at
Dresden.  {The only depots I should have now are Stettin,
Magdeburg, and Erfurt. 

LAND MOVEMENT: 1 I at Warsaw will hold {forage auto}
               1 I at Lubeck will drop 1 garrison, move to Berlin
and drop 6 garrison, move to Stettin and pick up 4 garrison, and
end it's move in Lubeck {$1}
               Saxony corps will move to Magdeburg {f 3-}
