[eia] Egyptian setup

I Egyptian corps:  4 I, 4 C
II Egyptian corps:  12 I, 2 C

One corps is set up in Cairo, the other in the 1 forage desert area which is
south (and a little east) of the 2 forage area on the Egypt/Palestine
border.  Does that make sense ?
