Since this leaves the Denmark fleet with 12 ships, and since that many ships
must inflict casulaties of at least one ship, the British I fleet is
destroyed and the battle is a draw.  (BTW, Great Britain gains one political
point, and France loses one PP, for the naval battle of Gibraltar.)  Rule
6.3.5.2 states that a fleet that attcks a port, win or lose, ends up in the
blockade box of that port, which is where I guess the Denmark fleet ends up.
