    Hi guys.  Originally, before we were using Cyberboard, I planned on
sending out an updated copy of the map after each phase.  I'm still willing
to do that if people want me to, but I don't want to annoy people with stuff
they don't want or need.  (Those who are planning to update their own maps
may not appreciate getting map files all the time.)  So please let me know
if there is anyone out there who *would* like me to send out map files that
frequently.  If not, then I'll just send them out once per turn (after the
land phase) so that we can all verify that we're looking at the same map.
    BTW, I have updated the website with a copy of the EIA map we used to
use.  The main benefit of having that map is that it numbers the sea zones.
You may wish to download it so that you can refer to it when sending out

P.S.  I don't have any problem with Mike's suggestion for future political
orders, as long as we can find a reliable mechanism for doing so.  (Joel,
what's the status of the email escrow?)  However, if we still plan to send
political and reinforcement orders together (as we have in the past), I
would say that anyone who gets war declared on them should get an
opportunity to revise their reinforcement orders as they see fit.
